I have added several headsets due to my puupy chewing them. How do I delete the ones I no longer have?

Click on 'gadgets' under the search box at the top. Then, click and hold on the move handles of your chewed-up headsets and drag them down to your had list.

You really should've posted this here, though: http://discuss.gdgt.com/gdgt/support/

Sorry but don't understand the directions. I am new to this phone and the user guide isn't the greatest. I need more detailed instructions.

Don't quite understand the question your asking, you talking about removing profiles for Bluetooth headsets? That's the only thing I can grasp as an issue from what you first asked.

If this is indeed what you're asking about hit the Home button. Then Menu, Settings, Wireless Controls, Bluetooth Settings.

Turn on Bluetooth and unpair with each old device you want deleted. Once they are unpaired, click them to pair but make sure the devices are out of range or off (assuming this isn't an issue as your dog has destroyed old ones). While the phone is trying to pair with the old device, hit Menu and Scan for Devices. It should remove the device you tried to 'pair' but it's really a glitch that removes them from the list. That's the way I removed two BT devices from my Eris just now.

What do you know how to do? How much of the User Manual did you read, I don't mean to come off like an ass, but a lot of the things I'm explaining are in the Manual. Getting into the settings, using the "SoftKeys" (HOME, MENU, BACK, SEARCH), doing a Long Press to modify single items in a list of things (Like devices under your Bluetooth settings) they are all in the manual.

I can't make my instructions for getting into the Bluetooth settings any easier man.

Yes I have read the manual.By the way, I am not a man. I am a woman that explains alot. I don't care for your attitude or language. This was my last resort so heading to the verizon store. You might learn a little patience with those of us that are trying to learn and if not than you shouldn't have answer my second request.

I apologize for coming off harsh or rude, it wasn't the point of my post to personally attack you, the responses to the above posts from you were short and seemed like you didn't know much at all about the phone. I was merely trying to gauge how much you did know about the phone. Some people know a few things some people don't know anything.

I'm still willing to help you out to save you a trip to Verizon, as they may or may not know either.
