I've tried Remember the Milk, Evernote (which I still like but is not fast enough), and other apps to manage my task lists, but I really wanted a solution that would sync across my laptop, Samsung Moment and iTouch. I decided to use Google Tasks, which you can access right within Gmail. On the Android phone I use gTasks, and on the iTouch I use GeeTasks. These two apps have the advantage of letting me work offline and then sync'ing when I'm connected.

Are Google Tasks reasonably secure? I've been thinking of moving over some of my "To Do" lists, but (given the google Docs history) been a bit shy of putting in things that ... well, I'd rather not be made public (it sounds nefarious, but it's not ...).

Right now, I'm using the 1-2 combo of Outlook Tasks (which appear on a blackberry I carry under duress), but would prefer to juggle two devices less frequently.

I use "Tasks", since they sync between my outlook and b'berry -- but if I can get one step closer to shedding the b'berry .....
