You can use proxy switch tools such "IE Proxy Switch", it is free and can be download from: http://soft-net.net/IEProxySwitch.aspx

Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN settings
That for Windows, of course, you Linux users know what to do :)

Instead, since it tries to open a new tab to the wiki for LinuxProxyConfig on Code.google.com web site, I'm still stuck trying to get to the proxy server.
How can I define the system variable "http_proxy" to point to this server? I can't see anything through the tools or console.
I was able to get a "pac" file downloaded by browsing directly to the proxy server so I know the network is working but I don't know how to make it swallow the pill!?
