This mouse is defiantly not good for any type of serious gaming.

I'm with the rest of these replies on this one. Although the Mighty Mouse has a sleek design and the form factor is quite minimal, it doesn't allow for smooth point-and-click due to one extremely known flaw in its function: The Mighty Mouse's top shell is touch-sensitive, meaning that in order to right-click (for those that customize their mouse's clicks, of which I am certain many people do especially in FPS) your left finger must not be touching the surface of the mouse. Otherwise, the device will assume that you are left-clicking. Logitech is definitely the better choice because they're easy to carry around, the USB receivers are very small (for those mice that apply), and the tracking is spot on.

Using this mouse for most things, other than looking 'mac like' is a bad plan. Using it for gaming would be an epic fail! Right clicking and clicking the scroll ball is just odd. Either go for a Microsoft or Logitech mouse.

Microsoft and Logitech mice are not fast enough for use in FPS gaming. Suggest a razer from razerzone.

I've used my Mighty Mouse for some games including Hellgate, World of Warcraft, The Witcher, Crysis and World in Conflict. I used the Mighty Mouse becuase it is the only mouse I have for my iMac, it would NOT be my mouse of choice. Like redalert360 mentioned, right-clicking with the Mighty Mouse can be mighty tricky.

So, if you already own a Mighty Mouse, try it out, it's not great for hardcore gaming, but it works. If you are looking for a mouse to purchase for gaming, then I'd be inclined to agree with Jamieworld, who suggested a Razer.
